Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: You can book directly through my online booking link, or contact me via text/email if you have specific questions before booking.
Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: I work by appointment only to ensure each client gets my full attention and time.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: I require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of 50%.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Venmo, etc.) Please note, there is a 3.5% discount on services not payed with card.
Q: How should I prepare for my color appointment?
A: Please come with clean, dry hair that’s free of heavy oils or products. Avoid washing right before your appointment if your scalp is sensitive.
Q: Why do prices vary for color services?
A: Every head of hair is unique! Pricing depends on hair length, thickness, and the amount of product/time required.
Q: Do you offer refunds or adjustments?
A: I don’t offer refunds, but I want you to love your hair. If you need a small adjustment, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment.
